Hi friends! This is a favorite workshop of mine: all about how being Autistic, ADHD, having #ARFID (or all of the above or other traits of various neuro-divergences) can impact our ability to eat. Answering the age-old question: "Why does food have to be so freakin' hard??" we'll demystify what exactly is causing the stress, enjoy being in community with others who understand, and talk about potential strategies to help you be well-fed, spend less time stressing about nourishment, and have more time and energy for the things you love.
Unsure if you belong here? Like the cat in the cardboard box, I always say, "If I fits, I sits." I will not be gatekeeping diagnoses. So if you're drawn to this event, I trust you and welcome you! Click here to view the event page.
